By accessing or using Track it, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the service immediately.

2. Service Description

Track it is a package tracking application that provides a unified interface for viewing shipment tracking information retrieved from third-party carriers and logistics providers.

Track it does not own, operate, control, or physically handle any shipments. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, delayed, or misdelivered packages.

For any shipment-related issues, users must contact the original carrier or logistics provider directly.

3. User Accounts

Track it requires account creation to use the service. When you create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Failure to comply may result in termination of your account.

    4. Accuracy and Availability of Information

    Tracking data displayed on Track it is obtained from carrier systems and third-party sources.

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of tracking information.
  • Tracking data may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable due to carrier system limitations.
  • The official carrier website and their customer support remain the authoritative source for shipment status.
  • 5. Service Availability and Modifications

    Track it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

    We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time
  • Add, remove, or change features without prior notice
  • We are not liable for any interruption, downtime, or loss of data resulting from such changes.

    6. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

  • Use or inability to use the service
  • Errors or inaccuracies in tracking data
  • Shipment delays, losses, or damages
  • Reliance on information provided through the platform
  • Use of Track it is entirely at your own risk.

    7. Intellectual Property

    Track it® and TrackDz® are registered trademarks. All content, branding, logos, interface designs, software, and other materials associated with Track it are the exclusive property of Track it and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

    You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, or otherwise exploit any part of the service without prior written permission from Track it.

    8. Prohibited Use

    You agree not to:

  • Use the service for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to disrupt or overload the platform
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the application
  • Abuse the service without authorization
  • Violation of these terms may result in termination of access.

    9. Third-Party Services

    Track it integrates with or references third-party carrier services and systems. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of any third-party service.

    10. Changes to These Terms

    We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Track it after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

    11. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Algeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
